A former IT Executive at both American Express and Northwest Airlines, Mr. Klitzke has 30 years of experience in all areas of IT, including Executive Management, Consulting, Program/Project Management, IT Service Management, Infrastructure, Operations, Application Development, Executive/Management Coaching, among others. He is a certified ITIL Expert, PMP, and has a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Jody is an accomplished IT professional able to lead teams, projects and departments. Her areas of expertise are in IT Service Management, Application Development, and Support. She is a skilled business analyst that can ensure a successful development or process improvement initiative. She has served in roles that include senior staff manager, business/technical analyst, project manager, release manager, configuration manager, and technology specialist.
With over 20 years of IT and Program/Project Management experience with 25 organizations, Mr. Scheuerman has led over 150 projects in most areas of IT, including IT Strategy, Enterprise Applications, IT Service Management, Data Centers, IT Infrastructure, and an IT Internet Startup. He founded Altus Consulting, Inc. in 1997 and has been a Principal with Tech.FrameWorks! since 2009. Mr. Scheuerman earned an M.S. in Telecommunications from the College of Engineering at the University of Colorado-Boulder, a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Iowa, and has received certifications in Scrum, ITIL, and RCDD. He is currently enrolled in the Stanford University Advanced Project Management Program.
